This position is to be 80% operational and 20% tactical. The DSS will support a senior Data Center Security Manager in charge of physical security operations in multiple Data Centers. The DSS role will include the supervision of the contract guard force. They will conduct drills and tests, investigate alarms, and participate in daily operations from a security point of view, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.
