Kyndryl is seeking a Data Center Management professional to oversee daily operations of data center facilities in a dynamic, 24x7 environment. You will ensure uptime, coordinate across technical and facilities teams, and drive incident response with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with power, cooling, fire suppression, and environmental monitoring, plus vendor management and capacity planning.

Formación

• Experience managing or supporting data center or critical facilities operations.
• Hands-on experience with power, cooling, fire suppression, and environmental monitoring systems.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams during operational events and planned activities.
• Ability to manage incidents, changes, and maintenance windows in a 24x7 environment.
• Familiarity with safety, security, and regulatory standards in data centers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily data center operations including power, cooling, space, and environmental controls.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and procedures to maintain availability and resilience.
• Coordinate facility activities with infrastructure, network, storage, and platform teams.
• Lead incident response for facilities events and drive root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
