Ubique Systems is seeking an experienced Information Architect to lead data modeling, metadata management, and master/reference data strategy within the Pharma Commercial landscape. This role focuses on driving data standards, governance, and value realization across sales, marketing, and customer data domains.

The position requires strategic advisory capacity and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, with a hybrid Barcelona work arrangement.

Formación

• Experience as an Information Architect in Pharma / Healthcare environments.
• Data modeling across conceptual, logical, and canonical levels.
• Expertise in metadata management and data governance.
• Master Data & Reference Data Management (MDRM) knowledge.
• Ability to define and govern data standards and governance frameworks.
• Understanding of Pharma Commercial data domains (Customer HCP/HCO, Market access, analytics).

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the enterprise information architecture for the Pharma Commercial domain.
• Lead conceptual, logical, and canonical data models aligned to commercial business processes.
• Establish and govern metadata standards, business glossaries, and data lineage.
• Drive MDRM strategy and operating model.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders to ensure data models support analytics and decision-making.
• Define data ownership, stewardship, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure alignment to industry data standards and regulatory expectations.
• Translate business strategy into information architecture roadmaps delivering measurable value.

We are looking for a Data Architect for one of our customer who has an expertise in:-

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Information Architect with strong pharma or healthcare domain expertise, focused on data modeling, metadata management, and master/reference data strategy across the Pharma Commercial landscape.

This role is strategic in nature and will drive data standards, governance, and value realization across commercial data domains such as sales, marketing, customer (HCP/HCO), and market access.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise information architecture for the Pharma Commercial domain
• Lead conceptual, logical, and canonical data models aligned to commercial business processes
• Establish and govern metadata standards, business glossaries, and data lineage
• Drive Master Data & Reference Data Management (MDRM) strategy and operating model
• Partner with commercial stakeholders to ensure data models support analytics, insights, and decision-making
• Define data ownership, stewardship, and governance frameworks
• Ensure alignment to industry data standards and regulatory expectations
• Translate business strategy into information architecture roadmaps that deliver measurable value

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as an Information Architect in Pharma / Healthcare environments
• Data modeling (conceptual, logical, canonical)
• Metadata management
• Master Data & Reference Data Management (MDRM)
• Data governance frameworks
• Deep understanding of Pharma Commercial data domains, such as:
• Customer (HCP/HCO) data
• Market access and commercial analytics
• Ability to operate at strategic and advisory level, influencing stakeholders across business and IT
• Experience driving enterprise-wide data standards and value realization

Preferred Qualifications

• DAMA-DMBOK certification or strong working knowledge of DMBOK principles
• Experience working with European pharma organizations

Employment type:-Contract.

It would be hybrid working within Barcelona only.
