Job summary

Avanade is seeking a Power BI Developer in Spain to design data models, build impactful reports, and elevate Power Platform skills through mentoring and certification opportunities. You will work with Analytics teams and clients to deliver data-driven insights and cutting-edge BI solutions.

You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, explore Power Platform tools, and pursue Microsoft certifications while advancing your career in a collaborative, globally connected environment.

Responsibilities

• Design effective BI data models, layouts, and designs working closely with our digital design team to ensure optimal user experience
• Work with senior team members and client stakeholders to understand requirements
• Utilize navigation features in Power BI (bookmarks, drill through) to guide readers through a compelling data-driven story
• Work with our testing team to manage the processes around client User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Data model design following best practice (Star Schema)
• Confident communication skills to work alongside client stakeholders of all levels
• Wider Power Platform knowledge desirable (Power Apps, Power Automate, DataVerse)
• Capable in complex DAX and SQL Power BI Embedded, Custom Visual Development
