Partner with UA and Growth collaborators to understand performance, investigate business questions, and provide actionable recommendations Lead analytical projects end to end, from problem definition and data exploration to insights and collaborator communication Own and evolve the business logic and analytical requirements of Growth data models Collaborate with Data Engineering, translate business and analytical needs into data requirements, and validate delivered solutions Identify and investigate data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps across Growth reporting and underlying data models Build and maintain scalable reporting and analytical solutions, reducing repetitive manual analysis where possible Define and maintain key Growth metrics and measurement logic across spend, acquisition, revenue, attribution, and marketing performance Analyze performance drivers, identify opportunities, and support investment decisions Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical collaborators, including senior leadership Mentor other analysts and share standard methodologies while contributing to consistent analytical standards across the team Work with Data Scientists on measurement, experimentation, and modeling projects, providing analytical and data foundations

4+ Years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related role Experience independently delivering analytical projects and working directly with business collaborators Experience owning or significantly contributing to analytical data models, metric definitions, or reporting foundations Advanced SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and analytical workflows Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and analytical data structures Experience translating business requirements into data requirements and collaborating with Data Engineering teams Proficiency in a data visualization or BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or similar Good understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation Strong ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy and reliability Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and build trust with technical and non-technical collaborators Будет плюсом: familiarity with digital marketing data, attribution, and acquisition metrics
