Job summary

BME - Bolsas y Mercados Españoles, part of SIX Group, is seeking a Data Analyst in Madrid. You will build and automate data quality checks and dashboards using Python and SQL to improve reporting transparency for regulators and customers.

You will analyze reporting data to identify inconsistencies, support regulatory metrics, and collaborate with IT, Operations and Product to ensure high-quality reporting services and clear communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

Would you like to support a collaborative team that ensures high-quality reporting services for our customers? Then our REGIS-TR Data Intelligence team would like to meet you. We are a committed team responsible for supporting regulatory reporting under EMIR, UK EMIR, SFTR, and FinfraG. Our mission is to improve data quality, strengthen reporting processes and enable our clients to meet their regulatory obligations efficiently. In this position, you will work closely with IT, Operations, Product, other teams to ensure regulatory compliance and support customers and Authorities.

What You Bring

• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience working with data using Python, SQL, PowerBI or similar
• Experience in data quality, or regulatory reporting is an advantage (EMIR, UK EMIR, SFTR, FinfraG, MiFIR)
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Clear and structured communication skills with attention to detail Languages: fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal & writing)
