Puig is seeking an early-career Operations Data & AI professional to help shape data products and AI use cases. You will build scalable datasets, pipelines, and dashboards to enable forecasting and process optimization in a global beauty company that values creativity and growth.

Formación

• 1–4 years in Data, Analytics, AI, software development or related areas.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, ideally Google Cloud and BigQuery.
• Exposure to AI, analytics or machine learning use cases.
• Experience in operations, manufacturing or process optimization is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to translate business needs into practical data/AI solutions.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain datasets, pipelines and transformations in cloud environments (BigQuery).
• Deliver data products, dashboards, and AI solutions to support forecasting and optimization.
• Prepare data for forecasting, optimization and AI use cases.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable and well documented.
• Apply data quality, governance, privacy and traceability standards.
• Collaborate with Operations stakeholders and cross-functional data teams.
• Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement within the domain squad.

You will contribute to governance, documentation, and responsible AI use, while growing your expertise in data, analytics, and AI for operations.
