The role focuses on monitoring and moderating content, analyzing Danish-language reports, and maintaining safe user experiences while complying with privacy regulations.

Formación

• Must be fluent in Danish (spoken and written).
• Experience in social media moderation or trust and safety preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to follow guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and moderate social media content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies
• Analyze reported user content in Danish to identify and mitigate risks related to policy violations
• Maintain a high standard of digital safety by evaluating complex user scenarios with cultural nuance
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to improve automated safety workflows and detection systems
• Provide constructive feedback on trending content issues to refine the platform's user experience
• Navigate fast-paced social media environments to ensure a secure, respectful user environment for Danish-speaking community
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations while handling sensitive data
