Amaris Consulting is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Coordinator (Cross CSOC) to join an international team supporting cybersecurity delivery. You will help organize roadmaps, coordinate delivery, and ensure effective project follow-up across Product Managers and technical cybersecurity teams.

You will manage backlog quality in Azure DevOps, break down complex cybersecurity initiatives, and produce clear status updates for stakeholders, while fostering collaboration in a fast-paced global

Formación

• 5+ years experience in project coordination within IT or technology environments.
• Exposure to cybersecurity projects or CSOC/SOC environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management and reporting.
• Experience maintaining high-quality backlogs with clear task descriptions and owners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional English level for an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support Product Managers and cybersecurity teams in tracking roadmap activities and delivery progress.
• Break down technical cybersecurity initiatives into clear, actionable tasks.
• Maintain and improve Azure DevOps backlog quality with accurate descriptions, owners and acceptance criteria.
• Track actions, blockers, dependencies, deadlines and overall delivery status.
• Follow up with task owners to keep activities on track.
• Prepare concise operational status updates and reporting.
• Document discussions, decisions and action points for project meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure information accuracy.
• Identify risks or delays and escalate when needed.
