Amaris Consulting is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Coordinator (Cross CSOC) to join an international team. You will support cybersecurity teams in organizing roadmaps, coordinating delivery and ensuring effective project follow-up.

With 5+ years in project coordination within IT, you will manage Azure DevOps backlogs, maintain task clarity and report on status, risks and milestones. English is essential in this global environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Project Coordination or PMO roles within IT/tech.
• Exposure to cybersecurity projects or CSOC/SOC environments is required.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps for backlog management and reporting.
• Maintain high-quality backlogs with clear task details and acceptance criteria.
• Track dependencies, blockers, priorities, and delivery status.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation using Wiki or SharePoint.
• Provide clear operational status updates and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive action tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and technical cybersecurity teams.
• Curious, collaborative, delivery-oriented mindset; willingness to learn.
• Professional English level for an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support Product Managers and cybersecurity teams in tracking roadmap activities and delivery progress.
• Break down cybersecurity initiatives into actionable tasks and manage their execution.
• Maintain and improve Azure DevOps backlog quality with accurate details.
• Ensure tasks have descriptions, priorities, owners and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor actions, blockers, dependencies, deadlines and delivery status.
• Proactively follow up with owners to keep activities on track.
• Prepare clear operational status updates and reporting.
• Document discussions, decisions and action points for meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Identify risks or delays and elevate to PMs when needed.
• Facilitate collaboration between teams and remove delivery friction.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 5+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Project Delivery or a similar role within IT or technology environments.
• Previous exposure to cybersecurity projects or CSOC/SOC environments, with a basic understanding of cybersecurity delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, task tracking, roadmap follow-up and reporting.
• Experience maintaining high-quality backlogs, including clear task descriptions, owners, priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of dependencies, blockers, priorities, actions and delivery status.
• Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation using tools such as Wiki, SharePoint or similar platforms.
• Ability to prepare clear operational status updates and project reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to action tracking and project follow-up.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and technical and cybersecurity teams.
• Curious, collaborative and delivery-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Professional English level for an international working environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support Product Managers and cybersecurity teams in tracking roadmap activities and delivery progress.
• Help break down technical cybersecurity initiatives into clear, actionable and manageable tasks.
• Maintain and continuously improve Azure DevOps backlog quality.
• Ensure tasks have accurate descriptions, priorities, owners and acceptance criteria.
• Track actions, blockers, dependencies, deadlines and overall delivery status.
• Follow up proactively with task owners to ensure activities remain on track.
• Prepare clear and concise operational status updates and reporting.
• Support project and product meetings by documenting discussions, decisions and action points.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
• Identify potential risks or delays and elevate them to Product Managers or Senior Project Managers when required.
• Facilitate collaboration between teams and help remove operational friction that could impact delivery.
