We are looking for a Freelance Cybersecurity Lead to join an international project with a global automotive company.

remote position from Spain offering the opportunity to lead the cybersecurity strategy and drive the transformation of security practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and implement the global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
• Coordinate incident response and collaborate with global teams.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, TISAX, GDPR, NIS2, and integrate security by design.
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for employees.

Essential Requirements :

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership roles in the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and industrial security.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence, risk management, and security frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2).
• Proficient in Spanish and English.
