TD SYNNEX Spain seeks an experienced Cybersecurity IAM & Zero Trust Architect to shape global identity and access security. You will design, implement and govern IAM across cloud, on-prem, and emerging tech, working with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud and Business teams worldwide.

You will lead Zero Trust adoption, drive access governance, and provide technical leadership on SSO, MFA and PAM, with emphasis on least privilege and secure access.

Formación

• Extensive experience in IAM and Zero Trust architecture.
• Proven ability to implement SSO, MFA and passwordless auth.
• Strong governance for user lifecycle and access reviews.
• Experience with cloud security across Azure/AWS/GCP.
• International stakeholder management and security certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve global IAM and Zero Trust architecture, standards and roadmap.
• Design and implement modern access solutions, including SSO, MFA and passwordless authentication.
• Lead Zero Trust adoption with least-privilege access and identity-based controls.
• Drive identity governance covering lifecycle management, access certifications, role management.
• Partner with stakeholders to embed identity-first security across cloud, apps and infra.
• Assess access risks and develop mitigation strategies to strengthen security.
• Provide technical leadership on IAM, Zero Trust and identity security best practices.
• Support M&A activities and integration from an IAM perspective.

About The Role

As our Cybersecurity IAM & Zero Trust Architect you will play a key role in shaping and driving TD SYNNEX's global identity and access security strategy. You will design and implement modern Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities while advancing our Zero Trust journey across cloud, infrastructure, applications and emerging technologies. Working closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud and Business teams worldwide, you will ensure that users, systems and applications have secure, seamless and appropriately governed access to the resources they need.

What You'll Do

• Define and evolve our global IAM and Zero Trust architecture, standards and roadmap.
• Design and implement modern access solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication and privileged access management.
• Lead the adoption of Zero Trust principles, including continuous verification, least-privilege access and identity-based security controls.
• Drive identity governance initiatives covering user lifecycle management, access certifications, role management and automated provisioning.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to embed identity-first security across cloud platforms, applications and infrastructure.
• Assess access-related risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to strengthen our overall security posture.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM, Zero Trust and identity security best practices.
• Support M&A activities and integration projects from an identity and access management perspective.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in Cybersecurity with a focus on IAM, Zero Trust or Security Architecture.
• Expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA and Identity Governance solutions.
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Experience securing cloud environments, particularly Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and modern identity security concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, SC-300 or equivalent are a plus.
