Grifols is hiring a Cybersecurity Assurance Specialist to join its global IT organization, focusing on IT compliance, security, and privacy. You will execute information security audits across the Grifols Group and help define the cybersecurity annual audit plan.

With 5+ years in cybersecurity and knowledge of major frameworks, you will support ISO 27001/ENS certifications and promote a security-first culture, working in a hybrid setup in Parets del Vallès, Spain.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO27k, ENS, SOX and related frameworks.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC are highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Support IT organization on IT compliance, security, privacy.
• Develop and implement global IT security standards.
• Define the annual cybersecurity audit plan.
• Execute information security audits across Grifols Group.
• Oversee IT controls to ensure SOX compliance.
• Support audits for ENS, ISO 27001 and other certifications.
• Oversee managed services.
• Promote cybersecurity culture across the company.
• Collaborate with other cybersecurity teams to improve security posture.

What your responsibilities will be

• Support the IT Organization on matters related to IT compliance, security, cybersecurity and privacy.

• Support the development and implementation of global standards related to IT compliance and security.

• Define the cybersecurity annual audit plan.

• Execute information security audits across the different companies within the Grifols Group worldwide.

• Execution and oversight of information security controls to ensure SOX compliance.

• Support for internal and external IT audits for legal compliance or information security best practice certifications (ENS, ISO 27001 and others).

• Oversee managed services.

• Promote a cybersecurity culture across the entire company.

• Collaborate with other cybersecurity areas to enhance the organization's security posture.

Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Advanced English and Spanish language skills (spoken and written)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO27k, ENS, SOX, Cyber Essentials).

• Cybersecurity certifications (CISA, ISO27k Lead Auditor, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, etc.) are highly valued.

Soft Skills

• Leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
