Hack in Hire is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect for a leading ICT client in Spain. The role focuses on defining and evolving enterprise security architectures, aligning with business goals, and managing risk across multinational teams.

You will lead security standards, collaborate across functions, and drive governance with emphasis on Zero Trust and Security by Design in an international setting.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years as Cybersecurity Architect.
• Experience designing and evolving enterprise security architectures for multinational orgs.
• Experience leading internal teams and external providers.
• Experience in governance and enterprise-architecture decision-making.
• Familiarity with standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, SABSA.

Responsabilidades

• Define, design, and lead evolution of cybersecurity architectures aligned with business objectives and risk management.
• Act as technical reference point for cybersecurity across the organization.
• Ensure security requirements are integrated into programs and projects.

What You'll Do

• Define, design, and lead the evolution of the organization's cybersecurity architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies.
• Act as the technical reference point for cybersecurity across the organization.
• Ensure security requirements are effectively integrated into technology programs, projects, and initiatives.
• Define security standards, policies, technical requirements, roadmaps, and strategic security evolution plans.
• Participate in technology governance processes and support corporate-level architectural decision-making.
• Coordinate and provide technical oversight to multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including the CISO, Security Office, SOC, Infrastructure, Development, Operations, and Business teams in an international environment.
• Promote the adoption of Security by Design, Zero Trust principles, and cybersecurity best practices.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience performing Cybersecurity Architect responsibilities.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and evolving enterprise security architectures within multinational organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating internal technical teams and external service providers.
• Experience participating in technology governance processes and enterprise architecture decision-making.

Technical Skills

• Extensive experience in the design and implementation of enterprise and solution cybersecurity architectures.
• Ability to define security requirements, standards, roadmaps, and evolution plans aligned with business needs.
• Strong cross-functional knowledge across key cybersecurity domains, including: Cloud Security, IAM and PAM, Data Protection, Application Security, Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring and Incident Response, Zero Trust, Security by Design.

Soft Skills

• Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders in complex multinational environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a holistic view of enterprise cybersecurity.

Languages

• Fluent English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken, as English will be the primary working language.
• Experience working in large multinational organizations (50,000+ employees).
• Experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
• Participation in global cybersecurity transformation programs, Cloud Security initiatives, Zero Trust implementations, or DevSecOps programs.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and SABSA.
• Professional proficiency in German.

Education

• University degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity.

Certifications (advantageous)

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)
• TOGAF
• SABSA (Practitioner, Chartered Architect, or equivalent)
• Public cloud security architecture certifications
• Leading cybersecurity vendor certifications
• Other equivalent cybersecurity and enterprise architecture certifications

No specific degree or certification is required. The assessment will focus primarily on proven hands-on experience and expertise in cybersecurity architecture roles.
