team.blue seeks a CX Integration Manager to drive segmented website experiences and higher conversion with cross-sell impact across brands. You will lead campaigns, pages, and tracking across WordPress, HubSpot, and custom CMS stacks, coordinating closely with Marketing, UX, Product, and Engineering teams.

You will manage two CX Integration Specialists and shape a scalable, high-quality delivery approach that balances speed with accuracy and brand consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the build and deployment of campaign landing pages, web assets, and tracking across CMS stacks.
• Direct two CX Integration Specialists and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary interface between Marketing and technical teams (UX, Product, Engineering).
• Set build standards, QA checklists, and reusable components to maintain consistency across brands.
