Morningstar Madrid is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver frontline support for French institutional clients and English-speaking users via phone, email, and chat. You will report to the Customer Support Manager for EMEA and operate from our Madrid office in a hybrid setup.

The role requires fluency in English and French, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality support to French institutional clients via inbound calls and feedback emails.
• Collaborate with data operations, development, sales, and product teams to resolve client issues promptly.
• Act as a product specialist on Morningstar methodologies and features, and suggest enhancements.
• Document client feedback and contribute to product research and service-improvement initiatives.
