Safran - Navigation & Timing in Granada, Spain is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join our global team. You will troubleshoot device issues on Linux/Windows, work on White Rabbit and PTP related tasks, and support international projects from our Granada lab.

The role emphasizes clear communication with customers in Spanish and English, plus collaboration with colleagues in France and the USA.

Formación

• Degree in Computer/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering or related TIC field.
• Experience diagnosing hardware and software failures and communicating remediation plans.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and Linux-based systems.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills are required.
• At least 2 years in a customer support role.

Responsabilidades

• Solve device issues with Linux and Windows platforms for international projects.
• Design lab topologies and setups to reproduce customer issues.
• Manage tickets and escalations using SFDC.
• Provide clear, step-by-step technical help to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Answer questions by phone and email and open support tickets.
• Collaborate with international teams in France and the United States.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for the knowledge base.
