Perk is hiring a Customer Care Specialist in Madrid to support our German-speaking clients on our Finance and Accounting Platform. You will respond to inquiries by email, chat, and phone, becoming the go-to knowledge source for how to use our software and resolve issues efficiently.

This role values financial or accounting background, fluent English and German, and a collaborative, IRL-first approach with three days in the office.

As a representative of Perk, you’ll help resolve a variety of inquiries, provide insightful support, and ensure every interaction contributes to our commitment to excellence.

Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and knowledgeable manner. Internally, you’re the first point of contact for knowledge on the operational use of our software.

• Background in finance and or accounting is a strong plus
• Fluency in English and German, additional languages are a plus
