IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The Taste Europe Marketing team seeks a Category Marketing Manager to lead our Culinary category and drive a three-year growth strategy across Europe.

In this highly visible role you’ll translate strategic priorities into marketing initiatives, collaborate with Sales, IC&D, and Product experience, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Formación

• 10+ years of business experience (marketing, sales, business development) in B2C or B2B environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent listening, analytical and influencing abilities.
• Ability to digest marketing information from multiple sources and translate into actions.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organization.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Multidisciplinary Culinary Category Team in developing the Category plan and initiatives.
• Own category growth in the region by aligning with stakeholders to drive actions.
• Coordinate with Sales, IC&D and Product experience to define priorities for Culinary in Europe.
• Define priorities and ensure execution of the Category plan with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and report progress against financial targets and milestones; highlight actions.
• Support key customer engagements and collect insights to inform growth strategies.
