Social Discovery Group (SDG) busca un/a CTO para liderar uno de sus productos empresariales core. El/la candidato/a supervisará el SDLC, eliminará cuellos de botella y diseñará marcos de ingeniería para acelerar la entrega de valor.

Reportará a CPO, coordinará con PMs y diseñadores, y gestionará el backlog con visión comercial. Se espera experiencia en stacks modernos, sistemas distribuidos y capacidades de negociación con ejecutivos.

Formación

• Experiencia amplia en SDLC y optimización de procesos de entrega.
• Gestión de proyectos con marcos Agile, Scrum o Kanban.
• Dominio de analítica de producto para decisiones técnicas.
• Capacidad para alinear ingeniería con objetivos comerciales.
• Fuerte experiencia en stack tecnológico moderno y sistemas distribuidos.
• Fluidez en ruso e inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Acelerar Time-to-Market (TTM).
• Auditar SDLC y eliminar cuellos de botella.
• Diseñar e implementar marcos de ingeniería y gestión de proyectos.
• Asegurar entregas predecibles y de calidad.
• Ser socio técnico del equipo de producto (CPO, PMs, Diseñadores).
• Gestionar backlog desde ejecución técnica.
• Alinear ingeniería con metas de negocio.
• Establecer procesos SDLC robustos y frameworks de gestión de proyectos.
• Comunicar estrategias y riesgos a ejecutivos.

We are looking for a CTO to lead one of our core enterprsie products.

Your main tasks will be:

• Accelerate Time-to-Market (TTM)
• Audit the current software development lifecycle (SDLC) to identify and eliminate bottlenecks
• Design and implement engineering and project frameworks to reduce delivery cycles
• Ensure predictable and transparent feature delivery without compromising quality
• Drive Business Value Delivery
• Act as the primary technical partner for the product organization (CPO, PMs, Designers)
• Take ownership of the business backlog from a technical execution standpoint
• Align engineering efforts and resource allocation directly with business and product goals
• Optimize Development & Delivery Frameworks
• Set up, scale, and manage robust SDLC processes
• Introduce and enforce effective IT project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.) tailored to the products needs
• Establish a single source of truth for delivery status, risks, and timelines
• Manage Cross-Functional Execution
• Synchronize efforts across engineering, product, and design teams
• Resolve dependencies and blockers in the delivery pipeline
• Build structured execution systems rather than relying on ad-hoc fixes
• Ensure Constructive Stakeholder Management
• Validate product requirements against technical feasibility and system constraints
• Provide reasoned, data-driven pushback to the product team and stakeholders when expectations are unrealistic
• Present technical strategies, progress, and risks clearly to C-level executives

We expect from you:

• Delivery & Frameworks
• Deep expertise in SDLC setup and optimization
• Advanced IT project management and Delivery Management
• Strong grasp of various project frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Ability to track, measure, and improve the TTM metric
• Product & Business Alignment
• Deep understanding of the product approach and product creation/development lifecycles
• Knowledge of product analytics to support data-driven engineering decisions
• Ability to manage and prioritize a business backlog from an engineering perspective
• Technical Literacy
• Strong architectural understanding to evaluate the feasibility of product requests
• Ability to map business requirements to technical execution plans
• Proven expertisee in managing modern tech stack
• High load (distributed architecture, microservices, event driven, syn/async, k8s, CI/CD
• Strong software development background
• Fluent Russian and English
