Hostinger is seeking a Content Optimization & Experimentation Specialist to shape how millions interact with educational content. You’ll own the journey from insight to impact, identifying opportunities and leading experiments that drive growth.

You’ll partner with the Content team to evolve the optimization roadmap, improve page layouts, and craft conversion-focused copy that stays on-brand. Experience with long-form content and growth-driven strategies is valued.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in CRO, UX, or experimentation.
• Strong UX thinking that improves conversion, not just aesthetics.
• Analytical rigor with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CRO strategy for blog and tutorials with a prioritized backlog.
• Design intuitive user experiences on pages, CTAs, navigation, and copy.
• Develop hypotheses and lead A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Analyze results with statistical confidence and document outcomes.
• Ensure experiments translate into lasting improvements across content.
• Collaborate with Head of Content to shape the optimization roadmap.
