Hostinger is seeking a Content CRO/UX Specialist to own how our content converts, shaping the CRO roadmap, UX improvements, and measurement, collaborating closely with SEO, Brand, Product, and Websites teams.

You’ll design experiments, analyze results for statistical significance, and ensure winning tests are rolled out. This role blends content, UX, and data-driven decision making in a fast-growing SaaS/web hosting company.

Formación

3+ years of CRO/UX experience.
Experience with long-form content formats.
UX thinking that goes beyond aesthetics and diagnoses why users don’t convert.
Analytical rigor with data-driven decision making.
Ability to write or direct conversion copy on-brand.
Strong prioritization instincts; many ideas vs. time.
Nice to have: SaaS/web hosting conversion patterns, or HTML/CSS basics.

Responsabilidades

Own CRO strategy for blog and tutorials; identify biggest conversion opportunities and set quarterly OKRs.
Design and implement UX improvements: layouts, CTAs, page structure and copy direction for conversion elements.
Set up and run A/B and multivariate tests with predefined hypotheses and kill criteria.
Analyze results for statistical significance and document findings (win, loss, or inconclusive).
Ensure winning tests are rolled out and not left in staging.
Align with Head of Content on roadmap, brand voice, and conversion trends.
