Job summary

Publicis Groupe España is seeking a CRM Manager to lead day-to-day CRM planning and operations for a major beauty client in Spain. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize campaigns, and deliver data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience, English at C1, advanced Excel skills, and a digital-first mindset. Experience with Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot or Braze is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on CRM experience, managing end-to-end campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• High level of English - C1 (spoken and written).
• Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.

Overview

Being employee of Publicis Groupe you will be part of the exclusive team for one of the most important beauty clients of the group both in Spain and worldwide. You will join our CRM team as a CRM Manager handling primary day-to-day client's CRM planning & operations.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• A digital-first mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Knowledge of HTML & CSS.
• B2B experience or additional CRM-related training.
