Avarda Bank AB (publ) is seeking an analyst to join our team at the intersection of data analysis and business decision-making. You will analyse performing credit portfolios, evaluate pre-collection activities, and support portfolio sales across our markets.

You will develop robust SQL analyses and recurring performance reporting, translate insights into concrete recommendations, and present findings to stakeholders.

Formación

• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Degree in finance/economics/statistics/math/data science or related field.
• Experience in credit risk or portfolio analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving with commercial judgement.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse the performance of performing credit portfolios and segments.
• Identify risks and translate findings into concrete business recommendations.
• Measure and improve pre-collection strategies and cure rates.
• Design tests to measure impact of pre-collection initiatives.
• Develop robust SQL analyses and recurring performance reporting.
• Support portfolio sales including data-tape prep and due diligence.
• Ensure data quality and clear documentation.
• Present findings to stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate across Credit Risk, Collections, Finance, Commercial & Data and country teams.
