Qualifications

• Solid agency experience required.
• Strong ideas, brand thinking and execution are expected.
• Experience in pitches and major creative festival work.
• Curiosity about culture, platforms and new tools.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Portfolio showcases capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from brief to execution, ensuring the quality of the idea and every piece of work.
• Inspire and support the team through clear direction, valuable feedback and space to contribute ideas.
• Play a key role in pitches: develop proposals and build strong, compelling presentations.
• Identify creative opportunities in the day-to-day work and push ideas with the potential to compete at festivals.
• Present and defend the work to clients, connecting creative ambition with their business objectives.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Account and Production teams to bring ideas to their best possible version.
