Slate Studios in Marbella, Spain is seeking a Creative Production Intern to support ongoing productions and day-to-day studio operations. This hands-on role suits someone organized, reliable, and eager to learn fashion and beauty production in a fast-paced studio.

You will assist across pre-production, shoot days, and post-production coordination, gaining exposure to high-end fashion and luxury clients.

Qualifications

• Based in Marbella, Spain and available on-site for productions.
• Prior internship, assistant, studio, or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong interest in fashion, beauty, photography, and creative production.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shoot timelines, call sheets, schedules, and crew coordination.
• Organize production logistics, including equipment, transportation, catering, and studio needs.
• Support the team in preparing for shoots and keeping projects organized.
• Assist with creative research, references, decks, and general project support.
• Help maintain studio readiness and organization before, during, and after shoots.
• Provide on-set support to the production team during shoot days and coordinate setup/breakdown.
• Support file organization, transfers, and delivery workflows in post-production.
