Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a seasoned IT/Business Transformation professional to drive end-to-end CPQ (Oracle CPQ) solutions across global units. You will lead design workshops, shape process improvements, and collaborate with SAP, Salesforce, and pricing platforms to deliver scalable digital commerce capabilities.

The role requires a strong background in enterprise integrations, business analysis, and cross-functional program leadership.

Qualifications

• University or Engineering degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years in IT, Digital, or Business Transformation environments.
• Strong experience with Oracle CPQ, Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent Front Office and ERP solutions.
• Experience working in complex international and cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable end-to-end CPQ solutions.
• Lead design workshops and define future-state processes across units and countries.
• Drive design across Oracle CPQ and its integrations with SAP, Salesforce, pricing, and docs.

Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

The Quotation Platform has evolved from a standalone CPQ implementation into a strategic global ecosystem supporting complex quotation, pricing, ordering, integration, and customer experience capabilities. This role plays a key part in shaping Schneider Electric's future commercial platforms and delivering scalable digital solutions for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders worldwide.

Within the Quotation CPQ Platform Team, you will contribute to the evolution of Schneider Electric's global quotation ecosystem spanning Oracle CPQ, Salesforce, SAP, PriceFx, document generation solutions, and other strategic integrations. The role supports the digital transformation of the end-to-end Quote-to-Order journey across Transactional, Services, Equipment, and Project businesses.

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable end-to-end solutions within the CPQ ecosystem.
• Lead business process design workshops and define future-state processes across multiple business units and countries.
• Drive solution design across Oracle CPQ and its integrations with SAP, Salesforce, pricing, document management, and orchestration platforms.
• Partner with developers, architects, deployment leaders, and integration teams to ensure successful delivery of global initiatives.
• Support strategic programs such as UNIFY and future quotation transformation initiatives.
• Own specific capability domains such as document generation, integrations, AI-assisted quotation, UX/UI improvements, or automation initiatives.
• Contribute to release planning, testing strategy, deployment readiness, and adoption management.
• Ensure alignment with global quotation standards, reference models, and platform scalability objectives.
