DayOne is seeking a CPM Scheduler & Planning Manager to lead scheduling, controls, and performance monitoring across active developments and the project pipeline. You will drive Level 1–3 schedules, coordinate with procurement, design, construction, testing & commissioning, and operations to ensure milestones stay on track in an international environment.

Strong Primavera/Microsoft Project skills and English fluency are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, leading planning activities or teams.
• Data center project delivery experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery methodologies and scheduling standards.
• Proficient with Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), and MS Project.
• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international project environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Level 1–3 project schedules across development stages.
• Align schedules with Procurement, Design & Engineering, Construction, T&C, and Operations.
• Guide PMCs in creating Level 3 schedules with milestones for Design, Procurement, and other functions.
• Review schedule quality checks on Level 4–5 detailed contractor schedules.
• Ensure compliance with scheduling standards, policies, and project controls.
• Monitor, control, and report schedule performance to meet milestones.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for schedule delays.
• Advise stakeholders on major variances impacting critical path milestones.
• Assess recovery and acceleration plans for slips; prepare progress reports and dashboards.
• Maintain schedules and reporting in Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Support continuous improvement in planning and controls across the organization.

Position Overview

We are seeking a CPM Scheduler & Planning Manager to join our Project Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, controls, and performance monitoring across DayOne's active developments and future project pipeline.

Working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of new data center projects from early‑stage development through construction, commissioning, and operational readiness. You will help drive schedule excellence, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Level 1–3 project schedules across all project development stages.
• Align project delivery strategies with Procurement, Design & Engineering, Construction, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), and Operations teams.
• Support and guide Project Management Consultants (PMCs) in developing and maintaining Level 3 coordinated project schedules with key milestones to support planning activities across Design, Procurement, and other project functions.
• Review and conduct schedule quality assessments ("health checks") on Level 4 and Level 5 detailed contractor schedules.
• Ensure PMCs and contractors comply with DayOne's scheduling standards, policies, and project controls requirements.
• Monitor, control, and report on project schedule performance, ensuring delivery milestones remain on track.
• Identify schedule risks and potential delays and work with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.
• Advise project stakeholders on major schedule variances, particularly those impacting critical path activities and key project milestones.
• Review, track, and assess recovery and acceleration plans for projects experiencing schedule slippage.
• Consolidate project progress updates and prepare weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Maintain accurate project schedules, records, and reporting within Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and project controls across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, including experience leading planning activities or teams.
• Experience delivering data center projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction project delivery methodologies, planning practices, and scheduling standards.
• Proven experience using Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, international project environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
