Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Spain seeks a Senior Cost Manager to join our Cost Management division. You will lead cost estimation, cost planning, tendering, and post-contract QS duties for diverse real estate, infrastructure, and energy projects.

Work with clients and stakeholders, manage procurement processes, and deliver accurate cost reports while contributing to a collaborative team culture and career growth.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience as a QS or Cost Manager ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and have the ability to work independently.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish with excellent report and bid writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.
• Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
• Tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, putting the preliminaries together, tender analysis, producing the tender report and compiling the contractual documents.
