• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management within the Hospitality sector.
• Demonstrates client-focused collaboration and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of a team accountable for commercial and contractual performance of a project.
• Support objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances.
• Carry out assigned duties efficiently following established processes and procedures.

Role Overview We are currently recruiting Cost Managers to be based either at our Madrid or Barcelona offices in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to join and strengthen RLB's team while working in a supportive environment, on interesting projects.

The role presents an opportunity to work across Hospitality sector as well as commercial, life sciences and industrial among others in the future while the team continues to develop, diversify and as RLB's European business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• The candidate will be an integral part of a team that is accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of a project.
• To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances
• To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline.

Experience

• Quantity Surveying/Cost Management experience on Hospitality sector.
• Proven technical / project delivery experience. Previously employed by a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation
• Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts
• A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.
