Job summary

Zelestra is seeking a motivated intern to work alongside our in-house lawyers in Bilbao, Spain. You will contribute to corporate housekeeping, powers of attorney, notarial deeds, and daily legal support essential to our growing renewable energy group.

You will handle billing support, manage document archives, and assist with M&A due diligence and contract reviews. A Law degree and excellent English are required; an internship agreement with your university is expected.

Qualifications

• Recent Law degree required.
• Master's degree or double degree is a plus but not required.
• High level of English; daily collaboration with colleagues in several countries.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with good Excel use and familiarity with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Billing support and legal operations: track and process invoices from notaries and external advisors; assist finance and procurement with payments.
• Support corporate tasks: powers of attorney, changes of directors, registered office, company name and share agreements; manage statutory books.
• Maintain the physical archive of deeds and corporate records; coordinate signings with notaries; liaise with external providers and advisors.
• Assist M&A processes: due diligence and post-closing work as needed; review contracts and prepare related documents such as termination letters.
• Answer corporate law queries from business and finance teams.
