Job summary

Allianz Partners Spain is seeking a Corporate Communications & Design Intern to join a dynamic, multicultural team in Madrid. You will craft internal and external content, design visuals, support events, and help manage internal channels while collaborating across international projects.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish and English, with strong teamwork, creativity, honesty, and an innovative mindset. A portfolio is required, and you can sign an internship agreement with your university.

Qualifications

• Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university, business school or educational institution.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Portfolio highlighting relevant work in communications, content creation, graphic design, multimedia, or related projects.
• Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation for Internal & External Channels: Proposing, writing, and producing content for internal emails, intranet, newsletters, and external media.
• Visual Content & Design: Creating and adapting visuals, graphics, and presentations aligned with brand guidelines.
• Event Organization & Support: Planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external events.
• Internal Communications Support: Assisting day-to-day management of internal channels and campaigns.
• International Projects: Supporting cross‑border projects with the Comms Group.
• Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring campaigns and extracting insights for optimization.
