Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator, Demonstration & Training Specialist to join the Malaga Demonstration and Learning Center (MDLC) in Southern Spain.

The role focuses on operating and instructing a wide range of earthmoving machines and delivering hands-on training to customers and dealers. This position requires 15–30% travel worldwide and regular office attendance when not travelling; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressively responsible job-related experiences within at least one or multiple industries, such as Road Construction, Quarry or Mining.
• High level of operating skills on a wide range of machines.
• Minimum experience on grade control technology.
• Exhibit a good knowledge of Caterpillar machines.
• Basic spoken and written English is essential, other European languages are an advantage.
• Minimum two years of technical further education.
• Strong team working, communication, listening and good computer skills are essential.
• Hold a current Heavy Goods Vehicle license an advantage.

Base Minimum Pay:
47,904.00
Please note that salary is only one component of the total compensation and benefit package available at Caterpillar.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
