Job summary

The Caterpillar Inc. Malaga Demonstration & Learning Center (MDLC) is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator, Demonstration & Training Specialist to operate and instruct on a wide range of earthmoving machines.

You will deliver operator training, support customer and dealer programs, and participate in productivity studies while maintaining Caterpillar certification standards. Travel 15–30% worldwide; base location Malaga, Spain; five days onsite.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressively responsible job-related experiences within at least one or multiple industries such as road construction, quarry or mining.
• High level of operating skills on a wide range of machines.
• Minimum experience on grade control technology.
• Good knowledge of Caterpillar machines.
• Basic spoken and written English is essential; other European languages are an advantage.
• Minimum two years of technical further education.
• Strong teamwork, communication, listening and good computer skills are essential.
• Holding a current Heavy Goods Vehicle license is an advantage.

Role Definition

Additional Information

• Ability to travel on a worldwide basis, 15 to 30% of the time.
• When not travelling, this role is based at the Malaga Demonstration & Learning Center and requires regular office attendance.

Base Minimum Pay

47,904.00
