Finastra seeks a Professional Services Project Manager for its Madrid hub to lead end-to-end core banking delivery across SaaS, cloud, and on-premise environments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary customer contact to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have banking/fintech project experience, familiarity with core platforms like Finacle/Temenos/Oracle, and strong leadership plus communication skills in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Experience managing IT projects in banking/fintech environments.
• Core banking implementation projects (Finacle, Temenos, Oracle) experience.
• Knowledge of SaaS, cloud, data migration and integrations; digital banking delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for core banking solutions from planning to deployment and post-implementation review.
• Serve as main client contact with clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Define scope, timelines, resources, success measures, risks and dependencies with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, tech, operations, customers, partners and vendors.
• Oversee activities including requirements, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, deployment and change control.
• Track progress, RAID items, and report to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposals, estimates and project planning for new/existing customers.
