Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of engineering disciplines and industry-specific requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting within the Murcia region or understanding its industrial landscape is a plus.
