Placements24 is seeking a creative Coordinador de Redes Sociales y Comunidad to lead our beauty brand's social presence from León. You will craft engaging content, grow the community, and collaborate with marketing to drive awareness and loyalty.

You will manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others, spark conversations, analyze performance, and report insights to improve campaigns in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field.
• 3+ years in social media management and community management.
• Proven ability to create engaging content for multiple platforms.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal Spanish with a creative tone.
• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing.
• Passion for beauty industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
