Werfen Immunoassay está buscando un profesional para ejecutar procesos de diseño y fabricación de materiales de envasado (etiquetas, inserts y cajas). Será responsable de preparar la documentación para nuevos productos y actualizarla para productos existentes al liberar órdenes de trabajo.

Además, brindará soporte técnico a otros departamentos, colaborando con diseño externo y coordinando números de parte en SAP, manteniendo fichas técnicas y datos en formato digital.

Formación

• Formación mínima: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio en Administración.
• Experiencia o conocimientos en software de impresión como Codesoft y Bartender.
• Valorable conocimiento de SAP; ofimática (Excel/Word) imprescindible.
• Idiomas: español o catalán, inglés básico.

Responsabilidades

• Ejecutar procesos de fabricación y diseño relacionados con materiales de envasado (etiquetas, folletos e envolturas).
• Preparar la documentación del sistema para nuevos productos y para los ya existentes cuando se emita una orden de trabajo.
• Proporcionar soporte técnico a otros departamentos (calidad, RA, ingeniería).
• Liderar diseñadores externos y coordinar información para nuevos diseños o modificaciones.
• Gestión de números de parte en SAP y mantenimiento de fichas técnicas y datos en formato digital.

Job Summary This position refers to a technical task. The role of this partner is to execute all manufacturing and design processes required in the department. These procedures are all related to packaging materials, such as labels, inserts and boxes. Is also responsible for getting ready all documentation system, not only for new products but also for those that already on market, when a work order is about to be released. Gives also technical support to other departments.

Key Accountabilities

• Assists to periodic meetings with documentation control team to ensure all on-going procedures are ready before the deadlines.
• Creation and support in the labelling printing.
• Creation and support in the IFU’s production.
• Creation and support in digital formats (CD’s).
• Is able to design new labels, inserts and boxes.
• Takes control over the material needed in the internal procedures.
• To give support to the Filling & Packaging area, when the end users requires updating the printing parameters.
• To lead external designers and give them all the details and information needed to produce a new layout or modify an old one.
• Gives technical support to other departments such as engineering.
• This joiner also needs to be able to generate variable data packaging.
• Triggers activities related with new part numbers in SAP.
• Maintenance of the technical data sheets and other documentation on its digital format such data-charts (SAP).
• Gives support to vendors in order to solve doubts when it comes to technical requirements.
• Ensures that future manufacturing orders can move forward.
• Is also able to change Bill of materials.
• Collects information to summarize project status to the team manager.

Networking / Key Relationships This partner has to interact with different departments of the company (QC, QA, RA, Marketing, Operational excellence, R&D, warehouse, purchasing and customer service), in order to acquire all the information needed for the packaging material execution.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required

• Education:
• Required: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio in Administrative field.
• Valuable: Any additional degree higher than that required in the previous section.
• Experience:
• May be required in topics like: Printing software like Codesoft, Bartender.
• Additional Skills / Knowledge:
• Software: Fluency in Office Tools (Excel & Word). Valuable basic knowledge in SAP.
• Languages: Fluency in Spanish or Catalan. Basic knowledge of English (reading and speaking).
• Standards: Valuable knowledge in Acrobat and printing software.
