PepsiCo seeks a Reporting Analyst - Temporary in Vitoria to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with local standards. The role involves coordinating with the Europe Reporting team, analyzing P&L variances, and supporting audits.

This is a 1-year temporary position with a dynamic, informal office culture in Vitoria. You will work with cross-functional teams, needing fluency in Spanish and English, strong Excel skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Formación

  • 1–2 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or other Financial areas.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, or a degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Fluent level of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable working with digital tools.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure accurate accounting, analysis, and reporting in line with local accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly corporate reporting and support additional requests from regional and sector teams.
  • Coordinate regularly with the Europe Reporting team to align on reporting requirements and validate any changes.
  • Analyze P&L performance vs. forecast and prior year, identifying and explaining key variances.
  • Lead balance sheet reviews, including reconciliations, risk identification, and opportunity analysis.
  • Monitor operating cash flow and explain key movements and changes.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing clear documentation and transaction explanations.

Responsibilities
TheOpportunity

The Reporting Analyst - Temporary is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial statements, in full compliance with PepsiCo’s financial policies and local statutory requirements. Your work will be key to maintaining data integrity, supporting decision-making, and meeting internal and external reporting standards.

This is a temporary position with a duration of 1 year.

Your day to day with us:

Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
  • 1–2 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or other Financial areas.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, or a degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Fluent level of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable working with digital tools.
  • Sharp analytical mindset, with great attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
