Rakuten TV is seeking a Content Operation Intern to join the Operations Department in Barcelona. The role focuses on reviewing content quality, identifying audio/subtitle issues, and supporting the metadata team to publish content across the platform.

Ideal candidates are team players with a hands-on attitude and strong attention to detail, capable of handling quality control and ad placement considerations for AVOD content. Hybrid work is available, with a vibrant, diverse team in Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Support in reviewing all content, from movies to FAST channels, that need to be published in our platform ensuring high quality standards.
• Be able to identify audio and subtitle errors (ie- out of sync) and understanding the issues to be able to help the Team with any possible fix.
• Support in reporting quality control errors detected.
• Detect best Ad placements for our ad supported content (AVOD).
• Support and help the Metadata team contacting content providers to gather all information needed (synopsis, images, cast…) to publish the content in the platform.
