Brighton College Madrid is offering a Content Marketing Intern (paid internship) to join our Madrid team. You will create and edit photo, video and social content, design posts for multiple platforms, and contribute ideas for campaigns from day one.

We value English copywriting, an interest in visual storytelling, and a proactive, organized approach. Candidates should be studying a relevant degree and eligible for convenio de prácticas, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

Content Marketing Intern (paid intership)

What you'll do

• Create and edit photo, video and social media content.
• Design posts, stories, carousels and other visual assets for different platforms.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, social content and new formats.
• Help plan and maintain our content calendar.
• Research social media trends, formats and emerging creative opportunities.
• Write engaging, natural and compelling social media copy in English.
• Support photoshoots, campaigns and other marketing projects.
• Assist with the day-to-day production and organisation of marketing content.
• Collaborate with the wider team to develop content that reflects our brand and engages our audience.

What we're looking for

• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Currently studying a relevant degree and eligible for a convenio de prácticas.
• A genuine interest in social media, content creation, design, photography and video.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and Adobe Express.
• Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Figma or CapCut is a plus.
• A creative eye and an interest in visual storytelling.
• Curiosity about social media trends, digital culture and emerging content formats.
• A proactive, organised and hands‑on approach to work.
• A portfolio or examples of creative, design, photography, video or social media work.
• Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.

The opportunity

This is a hands‑on internship where you'll have the opportunity to work on real content, campaigns and creative projects from day one.

You'll gain practical experience across content marketing, social media, creative production and brand communications while developing your creative skills and building a portfolio of professional work.
