Bending Spoons in Madrid is seeking a proactive marketer to own end-to-end campaigns and content across channels. You will leverage AI tools to craft visuals and briefs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, monitor trends, and manage advertising partnerships to drive performance.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Campaign management. Own acquisition campaigns end to end—from hypothesis to launch to iteration—running structured data-driven retrospectives to extract learnings and translating them into new creative solutions. Find technical optimizations and raise the bar with each cycle of iteration.
• Content creation. Leverage AI tools to produce high-performing, cross-channel visual content, directing hand-picked creators and writing tailored briefs to deliver the right message to each audience.
• Cross-functional coordination. Connect creative, marketing, and business stakeholders, managing timelines and priorities to ensure every campaign is delivered smoothly and effectively.
• Trend monitoring. Track social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging creative practices to inform future campaign and content decisions.
• Management of advertising. Manage advertising partnerships by building strong relationships with clients or external partners, coordinating campaign execution, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all collaborations.

• Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discount. Typical annual salary offers range from £47,660 to £68,579 in London and from €46,027 to €66,065 elsewhere in Europe. The lower end of these ranges applies to candidates with little or no relevant experience, while exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £151,436 in London or €145,430 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.

After that, you’re welcome to work from one of our offices, or remotely from approved countries—depending on what we agree at the offer stage.
