Lever, Inc. is seeking a Content Lead based in Spain for a fully remote role. You will own content strategy, scripting, filming, editing, and distribution across YouTube and other platforms, targeting creators, developers, and 3D enthusiasts.

You’ll shape the brand’s voice while collaborating with leadership to drive growth and product awareness. You will turn emerging AI and 3D trends into compelling stories, build a recognizable on-camera presence, and manage content across social channels

Formación

• Proven experience creating engaging video content for digital or social platforms.
• Strong on-camera presence with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Solid understanding of 3D models and related ecosystems (gaming, 3D printing, etc.).
• Ability to script, record, and edit content from start to finish for long- and short-form formats.
• Experience growing social channels and repurposing content across platforms.
• Excellent spoken and written English for a global audience.
• Deep understanding of content strategy and aligning output with business goals.
• Interest in AI tools and new technologies to boost productivity and quality.
• Curiosity and ability to work independently in fast-moving environments.
• A portfolio or channel featuring 3D, game dev, tech, or tutorials is a plus.
• SEO-friendly tutorials or guides are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Own the content strategy and production process from concept through recording, editing, publishing and distribution.
• Establish a consistent YouTube publishing rhythm with long-form tutorials and short-form content.
• Repurpose video content across Instagram, X, and other platforms to grow reach and engagement.
• Develop written tutorials and guides to educate users and improve organic search discovery.
• Grow and manage social media channels to build a recognizable presence.
• Lead go-to-market content initiatives, deciding topics, audiences, and timing.

• Show practical use cases for AI-powered 3D creation including gaming and printing.
• Engage with online communities and incorporate feedback into strategy.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Lead based in Spain.

This is a high-impact content leadership opportunity within a fast-growing AI platform transforming how images and text become production-ready 3D models. You’ll own the entire content lifecycle, from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and distribution. The role combines hands‑on content creation with social strategy and go‑to‑market thinking, making you a highly visible voice for a growing global product. You’ll create educational and entertaining content for creators, game developers, 3D printing enthusiasts, and other technical audiences. Working closely with the founder, you’ll help shape the brand’s presence across YouTube, social platforms, and its community. It’s an ideal role for an entrepreneurial content creator who enjoys being on camera, moving quickly, and turning emerging AI and 3D trends into compelling stories.

Accountabilities

• Own the content strategy and production process from concept and scripting through recording, editing, publishing, and distribution.
• Establish a consistent YouTube publishing rhythm, including long-form educational tutorials and short-form videos.
• Repurpose video content across Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant social channels to expand reach and engagement.
• Develop written tutorials and guides designed to educate users and improve organic discovery through search.
• Own and grow social media channels, building an active and recognizable presence across platforms.
• Lead the go-to-market side of content by determining what topics to cover, which audiences to target, and when content should be published.
• Identify emerging and viral trends across AI, 3D, gaming, and creator communities and turn them into timely content.
• Demonstrate practical use cases and creative possibilities for AI-powered 3D creation, including gaming and 3D printing applications.
• Actively engage with the Discord community, build relationships with users, and incorporate their feedback and ideas into the content strategy.
• Develop a recognizable on-camera presence and become a trusted voice for the product and its community.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align content initiatives with broader growth and go-to-market priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating engaging content, particularly video content for digital or social platforms.
• Strong confidence and presence on camera, with the ability to explain technical or creative concepts in an accessible way.
• Solid understanding of 3D models and the broader 3D ecosystem, whether through game development, 3D modeling, editing, or related experience.
• Ability to independently script, record, and edit content from start to finish, including both long-form tutorials and short-form videos.
• Experience managing or growing social media channels and repurposing content effectively across multiple platforms.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly to a global audience.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and an ability to connect creative output with audience and business goals.
• Active interest in AI tools and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply AI pragmatically to improve productivity and work quality.
• Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with 3D printing is a plus.
• An existing portfolio or channel featuring 3D, game development, technology, or tutorial content is a plus.
• Experience creating SEO-friendly tutorials, guides, or other written content is an advantage.
• Strong content creators who are new to 3D but demonstrate genuine enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
