En Barcelona (modo híbrido), eDreams ODIGEO busca un Content Design Manager para liderar un equipo de Content Designers y trabajar estrechamente con Producto y otras áreas de negocio.

Desarrollarás una estrategia de contenido, definirás flujos de trabajo con IA y asegurarás la calidad del contenido generado por IA, manteniendo la voz de la marca y gestionando stakeholders a todos los niveles.

Formación

• 5+ años en rol de liderazgo similar en Content Design, con experiencia escalando equipos grandes.
• Experiencia integrando IA generativa en flujos de trabajo de contenido y liderando equipos hacia IA.
• Inglés fluido; otros idiomas europeos son valorados.
• Experiencia en entornos de comercio electrónico y colaboración con stakeholders ejecutivos.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar una estrategia de contenido que alinee objetivos y resultados medibles, con flujo de IA.
• Liderar un equipo de diseñadores de contenido y un Lead Content Designer, optimizando herramientas internas de IA.
• Definir flujos humanos en el bucle, prácticas de ingeniería de prompts y marcos de calidad para contenido generado por IA.
• Colaborar con stakeholders para definir metas y métricas de éxito.
• Alinear objetivos de negocio con necesidades de usuario y priorizar mejoras.
• Fomentar mejores prácticas de diseño de contenido y facilitar la adopción de IA entre equipos.
• Guiar a la organización hacia una cultura basada en datos y voz de la marca.
• Construir credibilidad y relaciones con niveles ejecutivos y equipos跨funcionales.
• Revisar procesos para identificar oportunidades de automatización IA y eficiencia.
• Crear programas de aprendizaje para el crecimiento de la persona y del equipo en competencias de IA.

What you will do

• Develop an overarching content strategy that meets the organisation’s objectives, delivers measurable results, and embraces an AI-augmented workflow.
• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 12 Content Designers and 1 Lead Content Designer in the Product the strategic adoption and optimisation of our internal content generation tool (AI content agent), ensuring the team leverages it effectively to accelerate delivery and maximise content quality.
• Define "human-in-the-loop" workflows, establish AI prompt engineering best practices, and build quality assurance frameworks for AI-generated content.
• Work closely with different stakeholders to craft content strategies and give clear guidance to the content design team on goals and success metrics.
• Align business goals and priorities with user needs to support the company's strategic direction.
• Prioritise and collaborate with counterpart colleagues across main eDreams areas within Product and other business areas.
• Champion best-in-class content design practices within eDreams, acting as the bridge between Product and human-centric writing.
• Act as an inspiring leader with strong influencing skills who can quickly build credibility with team members and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
• Periodically review current workflows to implement better ways of working, particularly identifying new opportunities for AI automation to optimise team performance.
• Manage and mentor team members by creating "learn and grow" programs that upskill them in AI-era competencies (like prompt engineering and AI curation) to ensure continuous growth and business impact.

What do you need to succeed

• Good to have 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role dealing with Content Design, content and leadership experience scaling and managing large teams (10+ people), including managing other managers or leads.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Generative AI (LLMs, custom AI agents) into content workflows and leading teams through AI.
• English speaker and fluency in other European languages.
• Experience in eCommerce companies applying best-in-class retail techniques; travel sector experience is highly valued.
• Experience working with cross-functional executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI governance, and maintaining brand tone of voice at scale using AI tools.
• Understand content strategy and conversion tactics in an eCommerce environment.
• Process-oriented independent thinker who proactively identifies areas for improvement and technological player with a positive/proactive attitude and a great sense of humour.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants.
• Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
• AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
