Responsibilities

• Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process.
• Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails to build a pipeline in logistics, industrial, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
• Researches industry trends and delivers insights to support clients' growth and competitiveness.
• Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities.
• Processes contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks.
• Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership.
• Supports basic sales activities by providing market information and updating candidate and client records.
