Euro-Funding busca un/a Gestor/a de Proyectos Europeos para coordinar y administrar programas de I+D+i en Europa. El/la candidato/a trabajará con coordinadores y socios para garantizar la viabilidad técnica y el cumplimiento financiero de los proyectos.

Se ofrece contrato indefinido a jornada completa, con horarios flexibles y hasta seis días de teletrabajo al mes. Se valorará experiencia en consorcios y una visión de estrategia sostenible en fondos europeos.

Formación

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos europeos y I+D+i.
• Experiencia en consorcios y programas como Horizon Europe, H2020, LIFE, INTERREG.
• Inglés avanzado, hablado y escrito.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar proyectos financiados por programas europeos de I+D+i.
• Apoyar a coordinadores y socios durante las distintas fases del proyecto.
• Gestión administrativa y financiera de proyectos; control y seguimiento presupuestario.
• Gestión de procedimientos de los diferentes fondos y preparación de enmiendas durante la implementación.
• Gestión de documentación a través del Funding & Tenders Portal (F&T) y supervisión del cumplimiento.
• Informe y comunicación con socios para asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos administrativos y contractuales.

At Euro-Funding , we are a leading consultancy specialising in public funding for R&D&I projects, tax optimisation, property taxation, cost consultancy and sustainable strategy for businesses. We work with organisations in key sectors such as chemicals, manufacturing, biotechnology and ICT, driving their innovation projects forward and supporting them in managing public funding. We are looking to recruit a member of staff for the European Projects team who will be responsible for managing projects funded by European R&D&I programmes, primarily HORIZON EUROPE, H2020, LIFE 2014-2020 and 2021-2027, EUROSTARS and INTERREG. The successful candidate will provide support to coordinators and partners throughout the various phases of project implementation, ensuring sound administrative and financial management and compliance with the procedures established by the European programmes. Support for the coordinator and project partners during the negotiation phase. Administrative and financial management of European R&D&I projects. Monitoring and financial control of projects. Management of procedures relating to the various funding programmes. Preparation and submission of amendments during project implementation. Management of projects and documentation via the Funding & Tenders Portal (F&T). Monitoring compliance with the administrative, financial and contractual requirements of projects. At least 3 years’ demonstrable experience in managing European and R&D&I projects. Experience in consortium projects and programmes such as HORIZON EUROPE, H2020, LIFE 2014-2020 and 2021-2027, EUROSTARS and INTERREG will be particularly valued. Ability to organise, plan and monitor projects. English: Advanced level, spoken and written. Knowledge and/or experience in financial management. A full-time, permanent contract.
