Euro-Funding, a leading consultancy in public funding for R&D&I, is seeking a Communication & Dissemination Project Manager to join the CDE team in Madrid. You will manage European project communications across websites, social channels, and outreach materials.

You will coordinate with partners, draft newsletters, and track KPIs for Horizon Europe projects, helping bring high-impact research to stakeholders and the public. Fluency in English required.

Formación

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in communication and dissemination for EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe or similar).
• Experience in scientific or institutional communication is highly valued; alternatively, a degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing social media channels and content calendars.
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms, plus content and social media management tools more broadly.
• Excellent written English (our working language across projects).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Creating content for social media channels (primarily LinkedIn), including posts, carousels and campaign material.
• Drafting newsletters, blog posts and press releases in coordination with the project teams.
• Supporting the preparation of dissemination materials: infographics, videos, project templates and visual content.
• Assisting with the organisation of events, webinars and workshops linked to the projects.
• Monitoring communication and dissemination KPIs and contributing to reporting for the European Commission.
• Coordinating with project partners and the Euro-Funding team to keep messaging consistent across projects.

We participate in European collaborative projects as the partner in charge of Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation (CDE), usually acting as work package leader for these activities. Our portfolio of projects is growing, and we're looking for a Communication & Dissemination Project Manager to join our CDE team.

What will your mission be?

You will support the communication and dissemination activities of a portfolio of Horizon Europe projects spanning sectors such as circular economy, battery technologies, bioeconomy, clean energy and industrial sustainability, helping us bring high-impact European research closer to the public and to key stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will include:
