Job summary

Vestas Madrid is seeking a Construction Planning professional to lead configuration changes, coordinate with Technology, Supply Chain and Planning, and ensure alignment with the production plan.

The role requires an Engineering degree, 2 years of experience, SAP and Office proficiency, and strong English communication. Primavera knowledge is a plus, and a meticulous, process-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Industrial, mechanical or management).
• 2 years of professional experience required.
• Office Software and SAP experience.
• Primavera Planning Software knowledge would be an added value.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Meticulous focus on detail, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and configuration integrity.
• Ability to coordinate and engage multiple stakeholders across Technology, Supply Chain, Planning, and Construction functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all changes in configuration through the system during the Construction phases
• Maintaining the project configuration in line with the requests from customer and internal model updates
• Coordinating with Technology the approval of the changes in configuration
• Coordinating with Supply Chain and Planning the feasibility of the changes according to the production plan
• Coordinating and following up with Technology the non-standard requests of components ensuring the planning fits execution needs
• Aligning the Construction planners on the implementation of the changes in the Internal Demand Plan

Within our MED Construction group, the Construction Planning Department oversees leadership, performance, and the full planning and scheduling process for all Sales & Construction projects. Provides interface between Sales, Production, and Construction. Develops strategic plans for low-cost construction and transportation and ensures global production planning is engaged and aligned with SBU goals.
