Vestas in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Construction Project Configuration Engineer to oversee configuration changes during construction phases, maintain project configurations, and coordinate approvals with Technology.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, and Construction to ensure changes align with production plans, while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to governance and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, mechanical or management).
• 2 years of professional experience required.
• Office Software and SAP experience.
• Primavera Planning Software knowledge would be an added value.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Meticulous focus on detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across Technology, Supply Chain, Planning and Construction.
• Structured and organized approach with impact assessment and risk awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all changes in configuration through the system during the Construction phases.
• Maintain the project configuration in line with customer requests and internal model updates.
• Coordinate with Technology the approval of changes in configuration.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Planning the feasibility of changes according to the production plan.
• Coordinate with Technology on non-standard component requests ensuring planning fits execution needs.
• Align Construction planners on implementation of changes in the Internal Demand Plan.

Within our MED Construction group, the Construction Planning Department oversees leadership, performance, and the full planning and scheduling process for all Sales & Construction projects. Provides interface between Sales, Production, and Construction. Develops strategic plans for low-cost construction and transportation and ensures global production planning is engaged and aligned with SBU goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all changes in configuration through the system during the Construction phases
• Maintaining the project configuration in line with the requests from customer and internal model updates
• Coordinating with Technology the approval of the changes in configuration
• Coordinating with Supply Chain and Planning the feasibility of the changes according to the production plan
• Coordinating and following up with Technology the non-standard requests of components ensuring the planning fits execution needs
• Aligning the Construction planners on the implementation of the changes in the Internal Demand Plan

Qualifications
