Job summary

SEYSES is seeking a Construction Manager with photovoltaic construction experience to plan and supervise the building of solar farms across Europe, with projects located in Romania. You will coordinate with site teams, ensure quality installations of Nextpower trackers, report progress, travel as needed, and liaise with clients.

Fluency in English and Romanian and proficiency in MS Office are required; a higher education degree is preferred and a 60-hour HSE course is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy projects.
• Experience in installation and inspection of Nextpower trackers.
• Willingness to travel to any location in Europe, primarily in Romania.
• High level of English and Romanian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Higher education would be an advantage.
• 60-hour basic-level occupational health and safety course.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the correct installation of Nextpower trackers.
• Coordinate with the mechanical site coordinator to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure mechanical installation meets quality standards.
• Oversee all mechanical activities on the project.
• Review daily progress and prepare status reports, planning ahead to prevent problems.
• Ensure compliance with construction quality standards.

JOB OBJECTIVE

a trusted construction manager to plan and supervise the construction of photovoltaic farms, helping to coordinate progress throughout the construction process in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be in constant contact with the client.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the correct installation of Nextpower trackers.
• Work with the mechanical site coordinator to analyse the progress of the installation, report any potential issues and propose solutions.
• Ensure that the mechanical installation is carried out in accordance with quality standards.
• Work with the mechanical site supervisors to oversee all mechanical activities on the project.
• Review the progress of the work on a daily basis, prepare internal and external reports on the status of the work, and plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any that arise.
• Ensure compliance with construction quality standards and the use.
